Women’s Self-Defense Classes – Friday Night Dance Party – 10/06/22 – 10/27/22 From 7:30 PM-9:00 PM | Is your daughter going off to college? Or are you looking to introduce yourself, your daughter, or niece to the basic principles of defending one’s self if the situation arises? This course is based on street-smart martial arts principles and is specifically designed for women of all ages. We discuss awareness, avoidance, quick thinking/reacting, breaking the hold, strike to defend/ disable, and get away. Students practice a wide variety of self-defense techniques that can be used in many different scenarios. Students will be introduced to the Kubotan keychain as a self-defense tool (free Kubotans will be given to all students). Students will come away from this course feeling confident in their ability to handle themselves in difficult situations. Please wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Cost: $150.00
